Food for traveling...

This is what I have packed for traveling. Prepackaged protein shakes, a shaker cup,(I can find ice and water anywhere), a bag of unsalted almonds, pure protein bars, an apple, (already eaten), a bag of celery. The options at the airport were horrible... Whole story in the next post once my laptop is working. Blogging on the iPhone - takes too much time.
