Food for traveling...

This is what I have packed for traveling. Prepackaged protein shakes, a shaker cup,(I can find ice and water anywhere), a bag of unsalted almonds, pure protein bars, an apple, (already eaten), a bag of celery. The options at the airport were horrible... Whole story in the next post once my laptop is working. Blogging on the iPhone - takes too much time.

MacBook is out of service

Okay so I have a bunch of stuff to write about but my MacBook is down which sucks because I'm giving a presentation to about 400 people tomorrow night. I'm working on getting it fixed. In the meantime I'm pretty stressed and trying not to take it out on the bacon at the buffet.
